Oh I am mad.
Blood Boiling, massive levels of irritation, really really really mad.
I should wait for the object of my irritation to innocently walk back in, and then throw something at his head.
Yet I am so angry, that I actually feel the road rage like impulse, to hunt this person down and have it out in a spectacular Jerry Springer Like fashion.
What do you do when your are so angry you feel like you are about to boil over?

get really quiet and stop speaking to them altogether, especially if I ask them nicely to behave and not do the thing that makes me mad and they refuse to stop.
I throw chairs at people.
Make sure to post a video of it for us.
I would normally go for a run, ride my motorcycle, play hockey or drive my Jeep. Since i don't own a motorcycle or a Jeep anymore, and if I don't really feel like getting sweaty I would probably just throw a rock through their window or pour sand in their gas tank.
I love the violence level of my readers, you guys do get me...
I go to the gym and work out my issues. How lame is that?
A friend told my once, "Nice guys don't finish last. They die of an aneurysm".
Peace
I just blow my top and get it out of the way once and for all. no sense losing sleep over anger. I'm leaning towards assassination but not quite....
I like Jims approach. CP, perhaps you could "key" his car. Ok, just kidding...
Sometimes I cry out of frustration. Then I usually plot revenge that I will never exact.
Let it all out on who or what is annoying me. Got quite a temper which I try not to lose too often
I buy dishes from Value Village...and then I break them with a clattering vengeance!
