Do you ever feel like that.
Like what’s true today, wasn’t quite as true ten years ago and isn’t quite as true in ten minutes.
I watched Georgia Rules this weekend, and its one of those movies that you either get and are incredibly moved by, or that you think is a load of rubbish, because like the intense topic it portrays you are never quite sure what’s true.
Sometimes I wish that at the end of life, you get to sit back in God’s amazing theatre and every scene of life gets replayed for you, with all the bonus features i.e. the thoughts of your loved ones and friends, people private reactions to your sometimes thoughtless deeds, all the side bar conversations you missed.
This ofcourse from the girl who reads the end of a book first

what you are saying makes a lot of sense to me. truth is soo subjective too. i mean, me and could have saw a car accident, and tell two different versions of the story. but just because we vary on some details, does it mean we are both lying or are we both telling the truth?
georgia rules?! i hope it was a bootleg... hahaha
what do they say again something about hindsight being 20-20. would be cool to review stuff like that though.
I believe that's a bit deeper than mere hindsight - you're asking for quasi goddess like status. It would be nice though but I'd be concerned about a friend listening in on my sidebar conversations because I let people have it, even my friends (especially my friends) and although I do it in jest, there really isn't a lot of room for explanation once something has been said!!
Ohh But I am a goddess..
hehee
S-Agree, some of things you would hear would probably be hurtful, and you could even take things in a way no intended....yet it would still be nice to know.....
My life is still going through the previews and trailers. It's taking forever.
I'm an open book covert operative
sometimes I wish we had the gift of foresight but then I guess life would be quite boring.
you might read The Black Swan (nonfiction)
It's a little on the dry side but that whole truth thing--he makes some astonishing points.
I always read the end first, too. Maybe that's why real life sometimes leaves me so unsettled.
So what does it say about me that I always read some random pages in the middle?
I don't think that would be wise. You'd be very disappointed, and probably walk out before intermission.
I've been known to read the end at times too..I excuse it by saying I could die before I get to the end
